I had a dream that my boyfriend in real life, Justin, took me to Detroit Michigan with a group of his friends to see this really fancy art college. I was just his friend in my dream, but I liked him romantically. In my dream, he was very laid-back and cool guy, when in real life, he’s more uptight. We were touring the art school and ended up at the schools rooftop bar to hang out. I was so attracted to Justin. The school was filled with so many talented artists, it seemed. Everyone was dressed in elaborate costumes, singing in the halls and dedicated to their craft. I got up to go to the bathroom and for some reason I had so many bags with me that were hard to manage. When I sat down to use the toilet, I noticed the stall door was raised so high everyone walking by could clearly see me. I stood up and was trying to wrangle all my bags to leave when I accidentally unlatched the door. A woman and her young son barged into my stall, and I said I was still using it, but they didn’t care. I left the bathroom to find Justin again, but I couldn’t find him. I took a very full elevator back down to the first floor and stepped out into the city. The city was absolutely impoverished. Everyone was so poor, and the people in the city were very desperate, and I knew they were willing to do whatever it took to get some money, including crime. I didn’t know where I was going, but I just kept walking.
